Our dedicated Social Compliance Team partners closely with every supplier to ensure fair,
safe, and respectful working conditions—every step of the way.

We know our retail and distribution partners expect full visibility and alignment
with their ethical sourcing standards. We’re here to deliver exactly that—
clearly, confidently, and without compromise.

Our Supplier Code of Conduct

We require all suppliers to adhere to the following standards:
Transparency

  • Full site access must be granted to our team or any nominated auditor upon request
  • Subcontracting is not permitted without written approval.
  • Any form of bribery, coercion, harassment, or interference with audit processes is strictly prohibited.

Child Labor

  • Workers must meet the minimum legal working age of the country in which they operate.
  • No workers under the age of 18 shall be involved in hazardous work.

Fair Wages and Benefits

  • All workers must be paid at least the legal minimum wage, on time, with applicable benefits.
  • Compensation must reflect local industry standards at a minimum.

Forced or Bonded Labour

  • All employment must be voluntary.
  • Identity documents must remain with the worker.
  • No deposits or ‘modern slavery’ practices will be tolerated under any circumstance.

Equal Opportunity and Non-Discrimination

  • Workers must be hired based on merit and skill, not personal characteristics or beliefs.
  • Discrimination on any grounds is strictly prohibited.
  • Leave entitlements must be respected and not unreasonably denied.

Working Hours and Records

  • Working hours must comply with local laws.
  • Overtime must be voluntary and capped reasonably.
  • Accurate timekeeping and employment records must be maintained.

Health and Safety

  • A safe, healthy working environment is non-negotiable.
  • Regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and protective systems are required.
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be provided and maintained.

Environmental Responsibility

  • Suppliers must comply with all local environmental laws and responsibly manage waste and hazardous materials.
  • We encourage sustainable practices and continual environmental improvement.

Ethical Business Practices

  • All local and national laws must be strictly followed.
  • Suppliers are expected to conduct business with honesty and integrity.
